GENERAL QUESTIONS

Why does the game take up the whole screen?

If you want a smaller screen, there are two ways to do this:
- Go to the options screen, click on settings and take the tick out of the 'full screen mode' option.
- Change the resolution setting on your computer via the Control Panel.

My Chat window is too small.

The chat window can be sized just like a regular program window. Just grab the edge or corner with your mouse cursor and drag it out.

I can't read my Chat!

Below the list of players in the room you will see a plus and minus sign.
If you click on the '+' sign, you can increase the size of the font. If the font size is too big, click the '-' sign until you have a font that is comfortable for you to read.

What does 'Pages' mean?

This feature allows you to see ALL cards purchased for each game. You can view up to 27 cards per page in 75-ball bingo and six strips (36 tickets) in 90-ball bingo. If you have purchased more than a single page worth of cards, tabs will appear to enable you to view up to four additional pages.

How do I change halls / What does the 'Bingo Halls' button do?

Kiwi Bingo is now a Multi-Hall bingo site! By pressing the 'Bingo Halls' button you can switch between the Cabaña Café hall and the Liberty Lounge hall. You can tell what hall you are in by looking just under the game pattern tile in the top right of the screen. The major difference between the halls is in Cabaña Café the max card limit is set at 135 while in Liberty Lounge it's 50, although there are a few game differences too. You can play games in both halls at the same time using the pre buy feature, but you can only ever be in chat for the hall you are currently in.

How can I check my game history?

By clicking on the game history button you can instantly see games you have played previously without having to leave the game or open a separate browser.

Can I fund without leaving the game?

Yes, by clicking on the 'Cashier' button you can easily deposit to your account without leaving the game you are playing. Our multi-screen function means you can quickly and easily make a deposit without missing out on any of the action.

I was disconnected, am I still in the game?

You sure are, and when you return, your cards will also remain until the current game finishes. Kiwi Bingo does not allow you to lose your cards or wagers for any game you have purchased cards for. The card manager will automatically play your cards through any disconnection, your end or ours.

How do I buy cards?

If you want to buy cards for the next game, the simplest way is to go to the "Next Game" information box in the bottom right hand corner of the game screen. Here you can see all details of the next game and select the number of cards you want to buy.

If you want to Pre-Buy for forthcoming games, you can do so for up to 3 hours in advance for regular games and up to a week in advance for Specials. To Pre-Buy, click on the 'Pre-Buy' tab and find the game you want and click on the "Buy" button at the left hand side. The "Pre-Buy" window will open giving you full information on that game plus any promotions that apply. Just choose the number of cards and click "Buy". You can also choose to buy ahead in this window by selecting the number of games you wish to buy ahead for and then clicking on either the Any Price or Same Price buttons.

Please note that some Specials have Pre-Buy options for many days in advance. You will find these listed at the bottom at the bottom of the game list in the Buy Cards screen.

Once you have purchased cards, your cards will still play and any game winnings will automatically be credited to your account even if you have to turn off your computer.

Can I pre-buy cards?

Yes, pre-buying cards is easy. Just click on the 'pre-buy' tab and find the game you want. Click on the 'Buy' button on the left. The "Pre-Buy" window opens giving you information on that game plus any promotions that apply. Now choose the number of cards and click 'Buy'. To buy ahead in this window, select the number of games you wish to buy ahead for and clickon either the 'Any Price' or 'Same Price' button. You can prebuy up to 3 hours in advance for regular games and up to a week in advance for Specials. The Special Games are listed at the bottom of the game list in the Buy Cards screen.

I have a bingo, but don't seem to have a Bingo button!

There's no need to bash a bingo button, bingo is automatically called for you.

How do I know how many players are in the game?

Just click on the 'Pre-Buy' tab to see how many players are in each game or click on the "Bingo Halls" button to see players in each game in each hall.

Can I play Scratchies and Bingo?

Yes you can. In fact you can play any of our other games such as Slots, Scratchers and Video Poker while still playing Bingo. When you click on the "more Games" button, a new screen will open the game of your choice, but your bingo games will continue to play in the background, you can arrange the windows side-by-side so you don't miss anything.

What is the 'Schedule' button?

Use this to check for Special games, patterns and events in the coming days and weeks. If you check here often, you will never miss out!

How will I know if I'm close to winning?

Click on the 'Options' tab, and click on 'Sort Cards'. This will bring your best 3 cards to the main screen. When you are close to Bingo your cards will say 3 to go, 2 to go, 1 to go at the top of each card and the borders will change color Blue = 3 balls away, Green = 2 balls away, Red = 1 ball away, Gold = BINGO! This is a great visual aid so you can see at a glance how close you are to winning!

How do I get Help?

Help is there 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience. Just check our homepage on the 'Contact Us' tab for the details.

I have no sound!

Be sure your audio settings are enabled on the 'Options' tab. Also check your computer's audio settings. You can also choose between a male or female caller.

I'm having trouble with the download!

How much does each game cost to play?

Most of the time you can find nickel and dime games, quarters games and some penny games as well as many other specials. At the minimum limit, that means you can play for as little as 3 cents! Ask your Chat Masters, and watch your email for announcements about our special games.

How is the prize money determined?

All Kiwi Bingo's prizes and jackpots are paid in 100% cash - not bonus money or a mix of bonus and cash like so many other bingo games. Each game's prize is based on the number of cards in play during that game. A percentage of the "pot" goes toward the prize for that game and also towards one or more progressive jackpots. So, the more folks playing, the greater the prize. Jackpots are progressive, except during certain special game nights where they will be at a set amount. Some special games have physical prizes like vacations, DVD players or digital cameras as well as the cash prize.

How many people will I be playing with?

That will depend, but each game will show how many players are currently in the game. The next game should have a similar number. It will vary from the time of day, to day of the week, to the specials on at the time, but it's always fun!!

Can I chat with other players?

Absolutely!! And that's part of the fun. Come into the chat room, meet some new friends and play some of the fabulous Chat Games that have made Kiwi Bingo so famous.

So what happens if I have a bingo?

We make that easy for you. Your cards will change color as you get closer to the winning pattern. When one of your cards is 3 calls away from a win, it will turn blue and indicate at the top of the card 3 balls to bingo and so on the closer you get to Bingo, 2 calls away it will turn green, 1 call away, it will turn red and when you have bingo, it will be gold, and tell you that you have a bingo!! Congratulations!! You don't have to shout bingo (though you can of course) the game will do that for you automatically. Also when you Bingo you will be notified regardless of which hall you are in or whether you are playing slots! A very useful little feature! And when a Jackpot is hit, an announcement with a fanfare will be made to all players in both halls and also in the slots games too.

Hey, what happened? I got bingo, but only half the shown prize amount!

From time to time, you will find that another player is as lucky as you are! In cases where two players both bingo on the same number, the prize or Jackpot is split between the two (or more) winning cards. If you needed the same number to win on 2 cards, and the other player needed it on only 1, you would get 2/3 of the prize for that game!!

How much can I win?

Most of our jackpots are progressive, and most are funded with at least $1000 to start them off. They increase in size with every game played, until someone gets lucky and wins. We are set up to average one winner every day at least!! Great odds!! Cash prizes are won for every game, so how much you win is unlimited. Go for it!

Wow! I just won a Jackpot!!! Now what?

You have a couple of options here, depending on your preference. First, you may want to consider leaving money in your account for future play. Many players do this, and some go on to play big and win even more. However, if you would like to make a withdrawal, be sure to leave enough in your account to allow you to play for a few more days while your winnings are wired to you. Also, remember that any unredeemed bonus money in your account, or bonus money in your Bonus Reserve, will be removed when you withdraw. You may want to make sure that you use these funds first.

How do I withdraw my winnings?

To make a withdrawal, click on the Cashier button in the game. This will take you to a page where you should select the Withdrawal option. There you will be shown the different withdrawal methods available to you. The Pending Withdraws tab allows you to display the withdrawals you have requested, but have not been processed yet. Kiwi Bingo waits 4 business days before processing your withdrawal request. During this time period you can use this option to cancel your withdrawal request and transfer the money back into your account.

This sounds great!!! Is it legal?

As an international Internet site, we cannot speak for every worldwide jurisdiction. Please find out from your local authorities about their policies on Internet bingo and abide by what they tell you.

Oh no! I'm having technical trouble! What do I do?

First, check in with the Chat Masters on duty in the chat room. If they cannot assist or the chat is very busy, then go to our Info Desk for more information.

I've forgotten my password - how can I get into the game?

If you have lost your password, we need to ensure that you are the valid account holder before we can send the password to you. This is to protect your interests. For this reason, we require you to send your first & last name and email address used by you when registering plus your billing address in full (street, city, state and country) to support@kiwibingo.com using the e-mail address registered in your bingo account. As soon as we receive this, you will receive your new password shortly.

What is Bonus money?

Bonus money is essentially free money, and we'll give you a lot of it! You can earn Bonuses when you deposit; by introducing your friends to our game; by winning contests or by being in chat and winning our chat games. If you have both real cash and Bonus funds in your account, the real cash will be used first. You cannot withdraw Bonus money but you sure can buy cards with it and win real money that way. What bonus money am I entitled to?

Kiwi Bingo is currently offering the following Promotional bonuses:

100% Bonus on your first deposit: We will add 100% in Bonus Dollars to your first deposit e.g. if your deposit was $50 you would get an extra $50 bonus.

50% Bonus on every deposit: We will add 50% in Bonus Dollars to every deposit you make after your first deposit e.g. deposit $50 and you would get an extra $25 bonus.

How do I make a deposit to my account?

In order to make a deposit you must first download the game software. For complete step-by-step instructions on downloading and installing the game, go to Getting Started section. You then need to open your real money account. After you receive your real-money username and password, you are ready to make a deposit into your Kiwi Bingo account.
Start the program, enter your username and password in the Login window.
Select “Cashier” from the lower-left corner and click the “Deposit” button.
Select you desired deposit method.
While credit cards have traditionally been the favored method for funding accounts, new limitations being imposed by the Credit Card companies are making it increasingly difficult for players to continue to fund their accounts this way.
There are, however, excellent alternatives with NETeller, InstaCash, FirePay, MoneyBookers, 900pay and Citadel, not to mention Bank Drafts, Express Bank Drafts and Wire Transfers.

How long does it take to process my deposit?

Credit card deposits take approximately 2-5 minutes to process and funds are made available in your account within this time frame.
Wire Transfer deposits take 2 business days to arrive at our bank. Your account will be credited as soon as our bank receives the transfer.
Bank Draft / Personal check deposits take about a week to reach our offices. It takes additional 10 days for a Bank Draft to be cleared and about 21 days for a Personal check to be cleared. Please note that the first phase of a Bank Draft / Personal Check deposit is dependent on regular world wide mail and may vary depending on your location and/or other factors.

What is Paynet Solutions Limited and/or IFUND-INTERPAY?

Paynet Solutions Limited is the company that provides all the financial transaction services for Kiwi Bingo. They have a vast amount of experience with online transaction processing and are processing millions of dollars monthly.
IFUND-INTERPAY is just the descriptor for all the deposits/withdrawals made. This is how you will recognize charges/refunds of Kiwi Bingo in your credit card statement. How do I withdraw my winnings?

To withdraw money from your account go to Cashier and select the “Withdraw” button.
If you have active NETeller or FirePay accounts, then your withdrawal will be made to those accounts as the first option.
Please note that, because of controls by the credit card companies, it is no longer possible to credit withdrawals back to your credit cards.
For security reasons withdrawals can only be made if you have made a successful deposit to your account.
Bank drafts will be sent to your billing address, as specified by you during the account registration process, using regular worldwide mail. Please make sure that the specified billing address is correct to avoid any delays. If this address had been changed please contact out Customer Service department at support@kiwibingo.com. Please allow up to three weeks for delivery due to slow mail service. There are no charges imposed on bank draft withdrawals.
If you select Wire transfer as the preferred method for withdrawal, you will be asked to fill in your bank account details. There are no charges imposed on Wire transfer withdrawals.
You can track the status of your withdrawal requests by entering the cashier and selecting the “Transaction history” screen. The status column in this screen identifies each transaction’s exact phase.

What is the “pending withdrawals” screen?

Once you make a withdrawal, your withdrawal request is pending to be processed by our financial department in Antigua. By entering the “Pending withdrawals” screen in the “Withdraw” section in the cashier you can view all your withdrawal requests that are waiting to be processed.
Generally no withdrawal request will be processed for four business days after making the request. Until a withdrawal transaction has breen processed, you can cancel it and return the amount back to your account, so that you can continue to play.

How can I follow up financial transaction operations?

The Cashier’s "Transaction History" section stores a complete history of all your financial actions, such as withdrawals and deposit requests.

I have made a Withdrawal but have changed my mind. How do I cancel a Withdrawal request?

As mentioned, all withdrawal requests awaiting to be processed show up in the “pending withdrawals” screen in “Withdraw” section in Cashier, for about four business days from your initial withdrawal request date. You can cancel withdrawal requests as long as they show up in the “pending Withdraws” screen, and return the requested amount back to your bingo account, so you can go ahead and play.

How much can I deposit to my Kiwi Bingo balance?

EFT: Takes up to 4-5 business days. No fee.

How long does it take to set up a NETeller account?

A few minutes.
After you have filled out the appropriate information on the registration form, NETeller will send you an email with a link to your login page as well as your account number and secure ID. This process should only take a few minutes.

Why was my credit card declined?

A credit card will be declined by the bank issuing the card. You may call the issuing bank to find out what is wrong with your card. Remember: Three invalid credit card attempts within one hour will cause your NETeller account to be automatically closed and you will have to contact customer support in order to have it reopened.

How do I change the personal information in my NETeller account?

In the navigational bar at the top of your NETeller account, there is an option to "Edit Account". This will allow you to change your phone number and password in the NETeller system.

Why is my transfer to a merchant still pending?

Not all merchants accept transfer 24 hours a day. Some work regular business hours, some do not. It is solely up to the merchant to accept or decline any funds to or from NETeller. If a transfer you made to a merchant has been pending for a long time you may contact the individual merchant or cancel the transfer from your account.

How do I fund my account with Moneybookers?

What is FirePay?

Any deposits via FirePay should be done through the cashier, and the Credit Card deposit option.

FirePay is a free, secure and convenient payment method which works a lot like a debit or Credit Card. How do I open a FirePay account?

To open your account, please go to www.firepay.com. You will be required to enter details such as your name and billing address. It is a quick and simple process, which you will be guided through step by step.

Please ensure that the e-mail address you register with FirePay is the same as the one registered at Kiwi Bingo. If the e-mail addresses are different, you can change the e-mail address in your FirePay account so that they correspond.

How do I fund my FirePay account?

You can fund your FirePay account either directly from your bank account or via ACH (a.k.a. E-Checks). Please note that a U.S. bank account is needed for both options. Funding your FirePay account via Credit Cards is no longer possible. To register your bank information log into your FirePay account and enter your checking account and routing number in the relevant fields.

Once your bank account is registered, FirePay will make a small deposit into it. When you log in again, you will be asked to enter the amount of the deposit in order to verify that the registered bank account is yours.

Please note that this Test Deposit may take 2-3 business days to show up in your bank account.

How do I deposit, withdraw and transfer funds via FirePay into my account?

Your deposit processing time takes a few seconds to a couple of minutes, just like a Credit Card.
To make the deposit, go to www.firepay.com and open an account.

After you have done this you will receive your 16-digit number FirePay account number.
